I wasn't aware there were so many other resources besides the word and excel. I am going to move on of my excel sheets and see which is easist to maneuver.

I didn't find it easy to add my blog.Bloglines was much easier but I have accomplished this and am added to the Baltimore County list.

Thing 16 &17

I wish I had more time to explore all of the great ways that libraries have used wikis. It would be interesting to begin one on our homepage but I'm sure to view and monitor would be a huge assignment.

I also liked that wikis were used as a learning tool. I wondered if we should consider developing a staff wiki to keep the Maryland 23 training and new innovations in front of staff.

Wikis seemed like a great resource for pre-meeting prep. Maybe meeting would be more focused and not as long.

Thing 15

Wow, that was very informative and enlightening. It made me aware of how much technology libraries have to offer and how difficult it is to keep patrons informed of the assets already available to them. As great as it appears to be able to simplify and organize the process there will always be so many levels of assistance libraries can offer.

I'm glad someone has the organization skills to collate all of the blog information floating around. It was fascinating to watch and read the different blogs but overwhelming.
